| Course Description: |
The course consists of a series of tutorials taken while BIAN2127 is in progress. It treats selected themes in primatology in critical detail. |
| Learning Outcomes: |
At the conclusion of this course students will understand the following: - Independently set and answer a question from a specialised topic in Primatology, identifying suitable themes for an in-depth analysis
- Systematically search for and analyse the literature surrounding the topic of choice, including key literature and contemporary themes
- Produce a cogent, original argument that draws from the literature, in both written and verbal forms and is communicated logically and convincingly
- Participate in discussions of your peers major presentations in an intelligent and interactive manner

Tutorial presentations (40%), a final 3,000-word essay (60%). |

Normally offered in the same semester as the pre-/co-requisite course. Attendance in the pre/co-requisite course plus 3-4 hours extra tutorials |
