| Course Description: |
The student will prepare a research paper of 10000 words on an approved topic. The topic for the paper will be selected in consultation with a supervisor. The supervisor will meet with the student at regular intervals to discuss the research process, to offer feedback and advice, and monitor progress. |
| Learning Outcomes: |
With the completion of the research paper the student will have read deeply in and given thought to a particular field of classical world studies. He/she will also have developed skills in collecting, reading, analysing and evaluating evidence; formulating an argument; and writing up the discussion in clear and readable prose. |
