| Course Description: |
The purpose of this course is to provide for non-native speakers of English the language skills appropriate to the discipline of Environmental Management and Development. It will encompass study of the structure and vocabulary of written and oral English, using materials related to
environmental and developmental themes. Emphasis will be placed on developing a student's ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and in speaking.
