Indicative Assessment:

The course will comprise:

  • a thesis of 17,000 words (50%) on a topic approved by the Honours Convenor. The thesis will be submitted by the end of the second semester; and
  • two seminar courses (25% each) chosen from a range which will be offered by contributors to the European Studies Program across the Faculty and from other Faculties. 

Students wishing to do the Honours in Contemporary Europe should consult the Convenor about their choice of seminar and about other seminars that may be available.

Workload: The course is full-time over one year.
