| Course Description: |
This course is directed at students interested in the study of investments, asset pricing and valuation, stock selection and market efficiency as well as topics on bond portfolio management, international diversification, funds management and portfolio performance. The course provides a practical analysis of modern financial markets, traders and trading strategies while also covering the theoretical underpinnings. |
| Learning Outcomes: |
At the completion of the course, students are expected to be proficient in the following areas: the pricing of risky assets using CAPM, single factor and multi factor models security valuation portfolio theory portfolio management, asset allocation, stock selection, hedging and trading strategies portfolio formation and performance analysis
