Prerequisites
Applicants for entry to the Masters of Linguistics should have obtained a Bachelor degree with at least second class, division A Honours, or a Graduate Diploma at merit level (70% or better), or equivalent – normally in Linguistics or Applied Linguistics – from an approved tertiary institution. Although the Graduate Diploma in Arts specialising in Linguistics and the Master of Linguistics are NOT integrated, students who achieve an average grade of Distinction or higher (min. 70%) in the Graduate Diploma may use this to enter the Master of Linguistics program. |
