The Master of Science is a coursework graduate program which provides a pathway for science graduates to extend their knowledge in their chosen field or develop an understanding of specialised fields in which they have little previous knowledge. The program is designed to give students both theoretical and practical knowledge of modern methodologies and their applications. Some programs also have an independent project or research component at postgraduate level.

Different specialisations provide advanced theoretical and practical knowledge in the specialised scientific field, through lectures, online activities, workshops, projects and directed study.  Each program has its own learning objectives.

Note that completion of some Masters programs give eligibility to apply for PhD research programs, whereas others require further research project experience.

Admission Requirements
