Career Possibilities
Students who graduate with a Master of International Development Economics have been offered positions in the World Bank and other international institutions, as well as key economic departments (The Treasury, Finance, ABARE, Industry and Tourism, Foreign Affairs and Trade, AusAID) in the Australian government, and the Reserve Bank of Australia. Those returning to ministries of finance, planning and trade, central banks or universities in their home countries throughout the world have won rapid promotion and have been able to make an impact on policy development. |
