3 0 false LAWS8130 <p><strong>Objectives:</strong></p><p>To provide an introduction to key aspects of US environmental law because of its profound influence on Australian environmental law over the last forty years</p><p><strong>Content:</strong> This course will look at key pieces of US legislation &ndash; the National Environmental Policy Act, Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act and &lsquo;Superfund&rsquo; Act &ndash; and consider the American response to Kyoto.
