<p>For legal practitioners and those interested in legal research, the program will expand their expertise in a fast-changing area of law which is of increasing importance to legal practice and is of increasing theoretical interest. The program will strengthen their legal knowledge as well as their capacity to advise on practical questions of licensing and promotion of innovation.
