You must satisfy the prerequisites for both degrees.

The normal duration of the full-time program is equivalent to 5 years. The combined program consists of at least 240 units incorporating:Commerce <ul><li>at least 96 units from <a href="http://studyat.anu.edu.au/_cbe_schedule_1.html" target="_blank">Schedule 1</a> of the College of Business and Economics, as detailed in the requirements for the degree of Bachelor of Commerce in the College of Business and Economics entry.</li></ul>Engineering <ul><li>the requirements of the Bachelor of Engineering program as listed in the entry for the College of Engineering & Computer Science or <a href="http://cecs.anu.edu.au/students/future/undergrad/BEng">http://cecs.anu.edu.au/students/future/undergrad/BEng</a>.</li></ul>Admission to the degree of Bachelor of Commerce requires: A total of 144 units, comprising the requirements for the degree of Bachelor of Commerce as detailed in the College of Business and Economics entry.
