An outline of the process is as follows:

  1. Complete the application online at 
    • Important Closing Dates
    • Application Semester 1 Entry Semester 2 Entry
      All International Students 15 November 31 May
  2. Ensure you have included the IELTS* result and your electronic copy of your academic transcript;
  3. A Letter of Offer will be emailed to you, provided you have met the admission requirements;
  4. Follow the instructions given in your Letter of Offer and ensure that you satisfy any offer conditions, return the Offer Acceptance Declaration form and pay deposit by the appropriate deadline:
      Acceptance Semester1 Entry Semester 2 Entry
      Offshore International Applicants
      22 December 29 June
      Onshore International Applicants
      15 January 9 July
  5. Once you have completed the above steps, the University will email you  a copy of the electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE) form, which will allow you to apply for a student visa;
  6. You should discuss any immigration issues with the Department of Immigration.
